Mostly in india, all the persons will buy washer and dryer. But in some appartments like fully furnished you can expect like washer and dryer. So better buy a new washer dryer...it will be like below Rs.20,000/-

You won't Find a Washer/Dryser fitted in the house. You have to buy & keep it in your flat !
