NOT AMERICA. Certainly not with an average size woman of 12-14. A friend who's traveled a lot in Eurpoe said Spain and Italy have some pretty amazing looking people.

I went to Kenya a few years back and noticed that everyone there could have been a super model.. Clear eyes and skin and beautiful teeth and bodies.. it was amazing. Plus, everyone smiled at you while walking down the street, which makes anyone more attractive. Not an ugly person in the country..

For women I would have to say Japan or Iran.
The Japanese never seem to age and Iranian (Persian women ) are incredible. None of them work so they spend the majority of there time at spas and taking care of themselves
For men I would have to say Morocco but it's more a question of features (eyes, chin and cheek bones)
