If it was a boyfriend, I'd say "goodbye", because he is a complete loser. If words like that are coming out of his mouth, then I can imagine how dirty and disrespectful he is to the core. You can do better.

If it is an employer, then report him. No employee should put up with that. Not for a minute.

If it is just some aquaintence, tell him you do not appreciate his choice of words. Tell him it makes him sound like a complete moron. Then ask him if he ever calls his mother that too.

I don't know why, but of all the names to be called, that one seems to set off some ancient, ingrained rage in me. Somehow, it is filthy, vile, and insulting to the very essence of a woman. I've looked up the word and it's origins, but I just cannot convince myself that it's just another insult. I can't help it, but if I guy calls me that word, I let him have it. I dial in on his biggest weakness, and using the most patronizing, condescending tone of voice I can muster, I just hack him to pieces. Not very big of me. I'm working on it.

I'd tell him that sinking down to that level just made me lose any ounce of respect I had for him, shake my head disapprovingly and walk off. If he continues, it just shows who is being obnoxious and immature. Sinking down to his level would make me just as bad as him. He needs to know it isn't acceptable and the only way to do this is rise above it.

HTH.

Simply wipe this person out of your life. Name-calling and verbal abuse are not tolerable. Stand up and say no, plain and simple and walk away.

I would thank him, as a **** is much more appealing then a vagina, which means...."a sheath for a sword."

I like my ****, and sometimes I am one....oops, did i take some power away from you...so so sorry.

Depends on who the guy is. If he's your bf, get the hell out of there, if he calls you that or any other derogatory name. If he's just some guy, then who cares?

I do not hang out in places or with ppl who use that. If it were said, I'd giggle, then make sure they never came near me again.
