This usually is noticed in the morning, after a cool night. The house has cooled off overnight, and the sun is now heating the outside air, but it takes time for heat to transfer through building walls and insulation.

well the suns rays. The suns ways in a house are not as stronge as outside proberly because it has shade and is darker.
In summer we have like 3 fans in the same room and the curtains shut so the rays can't get in.
