I had sharp and dull menstual type cramps through week 10, and it is totaly normal. I also got upsed about them, but once I went in for my ultrasound, I was reassured that they are totally normal cramps.
If the cramps become severe and are accompanied by heavy bleeding, though, you should go to the ER immediately, as that IS a sign of miscarriage.

I think it can be normal to get some cramps around the time you would have had your period, for the first couple of months anyway. I had cramps at around 8 weeks and 12 weeks, and my pregnacy was fine. Obviously you should really get this checked out asap, but if you really can't go see a doctor then try to get plenty of rest, and relax as much as you can. I really hope everthing goes ok for you.

Don't worry - this cramping is completely normal. I know how you feel about beingg anxious because i worried about every single cramp that i felt - scared that it might mean a miscarriage. But don't get stressed - even this early your body is preparing room for the baby and your uterus is already beginning to grow. You're gonna be fine. Good luck and congrats!

I think you are ok but if you need peace of mind, call your doctor. I am currently 6 months and I cramped REALLY bad the first few months. I felt like I was on my period. I ocassionally still get a cramp.

Cramping can be normal, but I would still choke up the cost and go to a Doctor and have him check you out.
Cramping can be caused by the uterus stretching.

i had the same thing-- mine was indigestion, uterus growing-- my Dr said that if the cramps were high in your stomach that was fine, if they were low in your abdomen then its time to worry- but only if there is bright red blood-- if you need peace of mind just call the Dr and ask them-- they cant charge you for that-- good luck and don't worry-- esp if you've already had a miscarriage--just ask yourself if it feels like that...
