It has nothing to do with getting pregnant. You have the most sought after blood type, because it can be given to anyone. Blood banks would love you.
* The poster who wrote you can also receive blood from anyone is mistaken. You can only get blood from another person who has 0 negative blood. If someone with A, B or AB blood gave you blood, you'd probably die because your body would attack that bhat blood.

Blood type has nothing to do with getting pregnant. Stop worrying about it. You type of blood is known as "Universal" bacause you can donate to evryone regardless their type of blood. (you can only receive from another person with type O negative or I think AB+, this you will have to confirm with your Dr.) Take care.

It has abselutly nothing to do with how hard or easy it is to get pregnant.
It's just blood.
But as blood type O Neg. You can give blood to ANY blood type- and receive from ANY blood type. It's a very good blood type and is most wanted cause it can save ANYONE.
But it does nothing as far as pregnancy.

It's not hard to conceive, but you will have to go for RH incompatibility testing, because you have a negative RH. It's no big deal, though.
