I have been told I have a Hyenial hernia do you know anything about these or a website i can get info on this?

I'm not positive but I think a hiatal hernia is like a severe case of acid reflux. I suggest you go to Webmd.com and enter hiatal hernia.

a hyenial hernia is no joke if you do not get it fixed it can get worst go to a doctor and have it checked immediatly

Many, many people have that condition. Myself included. It's not a real big deal as long as you can control the pain with your diet and meds.
I tried raising the bed and all that junk, and took the prilosec, but didn't give up eating what I wanted. It has gotten better and I don't do ANYthing for it now.....it seems to have gotten better on it's own.
