find the parametric equations for the path of a particle that moves along the circle (x-1)^2+(y+2)^2=4..... three times clockwise, starting at (1,-4).

x=2cos(-pi/2-6pi*t)+1
y=2sin(-pi/2-6pi*t)-2
----------
y = -4 at the starting point.

x=2cos(pi/2-6pi*t)+1
y=2sin(pi/2-6pi*t)-2
I assume you mean with t-domain [0,1].
