i just got a sewing machine...i don't like using patterns...here's what i've made so far: headbands, purses, stuffed animal, apron, pet toy, coin purse....
any other ideas?

Pillows, curtains, place mats, table runners, potpourri saches(sp) ie, those smell good things you put in your closets and drawers, doll clothes, pet clothes, bean bags, ironing board cover, appliance covers, clothes ppin bag, draw string backpack(can do this with a pillow case)...thats all I got right now.

I was going to suggest a totebag, but I see you've already made a purse and some other things... Why not venture out and try making a simple piece of clothing. Simplicity makes a line of patterns called "sew simple" or something like that. They only cost around $3... and walmart sells them as well as the fabric stores...

How about some hats. I am on a hat binge right now, Or you could make some arm warmers, kind of like leg warmers but for the arms instead. And you could put a little hole near the wrists for the thumb to go through. Cloth napkins are simple and quick. Pillow cases are fun. I could go on, and on, and on...........

The wife & I had watched the earlier versions with interest but not lately. The characters were more diverse before. I am not gay but i enjoyed the earlier creative process.

you can make them any shapes you want just stuff them with the big white fluffy stuff
