Do you find yourself looking at your spouse and thinking gross! How did I end up with someone like you? You don't find your spouse attractive anymore, think they are starting to look like their mother as they start to age?

My girlfriend and I were wondering this because this is the stuff that goes through our heads about our spouses.

My wife is more gorgeous now than when I married her. She's absolutely beautiful! And her mother is a very attractive lady, I have no fear of her looking like her mother.

On the other hand, you and your girlfriend should both be kicked to the curb by your spouses. If you're this shallow and ignorant, then I'm betting the girlfriend is going to look pretty nasty to you in ten years also.

I have been married for 13 years in June and I never look at my wife and say gross or think she looks like her mother. You and your girlfriend need to think of other things. If that is how you are going to evaluate a future relationship then you have no chance of staying together.

Maybe you look at your spouses this way BECAUSE you do not love them anymore.....why else would you have a girlfriend? Don't worry....soon YOU will be BOTH looking at each other saying Gross I gave up my husband / Wife for this!

I have been married for 40 years and find my wife even more beautiful than when we married. I married a girl but now I'm married to a woman.
And by the way there is still sex after 60--lol

Yes I always look at my wife but I never say Gross. My wife is beautiful and kind hearted. We may not be as attractive as we used to be but we are bonded for life (for good and for bad, in sickness and in health but most of all (TILL DEATH DO US PART) We aren't only spouses but best friends. It is important to be friends along with Lovers.

After fifty-three years, I compliment my wife on her looks every day. At the same time, I exercise and watch my weight. I am the same weight as I was back in 1943. It's on my identification card issued in 1943.
Your thoughts didn't occur to us at the time of our wedding, but the marriage has been story-book perfect.

Love is blind. If you truly love her you don't even notice if shes gained weight. I have had 2 kids & do not look the same as pre kids, my husband still tells me everyday how great I am. My hubbie has gained weight & I don't notice, he's my best friend & I would love him no matter what.

that sure sounds like all is wrong....NOPE....i married cause i loved & it doesnt matter how fat or ugly she becomes with time passing!....i'd still love her for whom she is inside!! I always say the outside is a bonus! Look..should she really become sloppy i'd tell her...my wife most of times doll herself up & i guess cause of that she always looks attractive to me. Sometimes woman can let go of themselves & so for men as well....i say its wrong!
