First of all you need to break free from your jail mates; stop playing blame games! You need to learn to take full responsibly of your life; stop throwing your energy upon others by charging them for the wonder things that have happened in your life and obviously for your wrongful imprisonment. When we blame others we give reserves of our energy away and when we do this openly we charge other people with lots of free energy that then they can use whatever way they choose. Keep this energy to youself as you are going to use it for the great escape in your life.
Once you are free within start realising that whatever you have in life is the ultimate concequence of your own decisions, and your own best efforts. Please do not let your sense of responsibility slip away with the thought that your have not been able to do your best in life so far, because most certainly have, and your past is your best performance, and future is yet to unfold, so get ready; you got to be convinced about these things. And please do not blame yourself either for that will cause a prison within a prison in which you will be a hapless prisoner of your own conscience.
Then you need to understand the importance and power of choices you can make; you need to make choices with the best of the knowledge that these choices will change your life one way or the other. If for example your are in the middle of a desert, or in the centre of a frozen wilderness, then all small choices that you create situations of life and death for you; but under all cases one thing is for sure, and that is you need to be consistent with your choices, let them build along same direction; from the centre of the dessert, for example, start waking along jsut one direction, whatever that may be, and then never ever change it, one day finally your be out of it. Remember three golden words: responsibility, choice and consistency. With these three qualities at your disposal, you will be able to break the walls of any prison you have got for yourself.

We are all in a prison of one sort or another, it is how we deal with it.
If the prison is of your own making then you are the only one that has the key.
If it is made by other people or circumstances outside your control then you must be prepared to ask questions only when you get the answers you seek will you be free.

If you are really in jail you have a great opportunity. Having all of that free time will allow you to mediate and quite possibly gain enlightenment. Make the most of your time.

being traped is not jai.l it is your mind set that binds you to the spot you can not be happy in .to be free of jail you must free yourself to live your life with in the confinds of your life in 8x10 or held by what ever holds you on this earth we are all in jail some find peace in the place they are at most just want out .there is no why out just more of the same .
