Im not sure in which part of the world you live, so i cant really tell why its cold if its unusual for where you live, so im sorry, i dont know. =) But lol i can tell you that its cold here, cuz its winter! :D

Because its January and you live in the North hemisphere where it is classfied as winter. If you were to live in the southern hemisphere it would be summer and warmer.
