Depending on what you want to be successful at... When you find it go and create a short term and long term goals... These goals will help you get to your success one will be quicker and the other will help to maintain or finish your goal.

Success can only be measured by a person who is acquiring the success. I can't say something that is successful when I have a different measure of success in my mind...

depends how you define success.. my definition of success is having a lot of free time while maintaining financial independence.. other people are willing to work 100 hours a week to make a lot of money.. if your goal is to make lots of money, then you need these things:

1. willingness to work hard and give up your personal time
2. willingness to take risks
3. willingness to try again if you take a risk and fail..

personally I'm not willing to give up my free time to make a lot of money.. I make about 50 thousand a year, so I'm content with that.. I don't live to work, I work to live..
