The whole first side does it for me. That's the songs before Money. But If I had to choose just one song, it would be Time. And "Kicking around on a piece of ground in your home town" is my favourite line (because of that unexpected triple rhyme), and the little guitar bit just after that is just amazing.

"Speak To Me/Breathe"
I love the way DSOTM starts with those heartbeats and slowly it fades in to trippy and arty song Breathe! I've heard 100s of albums but no album can replace the greatness of Dark Side of The Moon, the starting, the sounds, music, lyrics, concept, art cover, ending, etc. everything is just out of this world!
- 'There is no dark side of the moon really, matter of the fact its all dark'.
