no I wouldn't, because since bugs bunny fought the nazis, and helped educate the troops during world war 2 anyone who says bugs bunny is not (well it is ok to say another looney tune is) is a facist and nazi.
Therefore since thier opinions are not the opinions of human biengs (facists and nazis are not human) thier votes don't count.
and for the record, if kids don't know who bugs is, then that is because of poor parenting. Rather than teach themselves about an american hero (animated with the quality of what this country stands for) over an american zero (fat, lazy, stupid and worthless, only gets by because of marge).
You want a real heroic version of homer- try al bundy, he is the real average american that doesn't give up. He is saddled with a worthless family, a wife who acts to keep him down, kids who are pathetic (one is a ****, one is smart but perverted in a way that it gets in the way of everything he does), and yet unlike homer, he still pushes on. He still keeps going despite all the adversity that the world has pushed against him. Homer creates his own problems and relies on others to get him out of them- sounds more like france to me.

If Matt Groening was still pulling Homer's strings? Then probally. But nontheless. The thing with TV shows is that they need a character that everybody can stick to. Just like with South Park's Cartman, Futurama's Bender, or family guy's stewie. Homer is just yet another character which turned dumb and lovable so that everybody can both relate to him and adore him. Matt did a good job with this i admit due to that the popularity of the simpsons went from Bart all the way to Homer within the first few years since its been on. But Homer is just too boring. His same ol same ol antics are just plain boring. And the parting of Matt kinda helped insured that.
Now Bugs. He's been around for a long long time. So he still has fans that love him from young and old. And even though the recent things that bugs did have become dull. His antics from the very beginning til the late 80's have always been fun to watch. I grew up watching Bugs and i still watch him whenever i see him on.
So there's no way that Homer is best loved in my book. But then again. Who officially said that Bugs Bunny was the best loved. Of course Bugs is best loved with me. But i like to ask this in a official retrospect.

Nope, I love Tigger!!!
Pooh sucks!
Anyways... Homer totally rules over Bugs. I can't stand Bugs - he's so arrogant and mean. Homer is too stupid to me mean intentially.
Can't wait for the Simpsons movie coming out! Homer rules!

No. Bugs is a genius. Homer is an idiot. If anyone from The Simpsons replaces Bugs, I think it would more likely be Bart.

He is a popular one, but you'd be surprised at how many people don't like him at all. I am one of his biggest fans by far in that he may be one of the most influential cartoon characters of all time. I will admit though that bugs bunny did help us get past world war two.

I would say if you ask kids today who bugs is they wouldn't know but you ask them about the Simpson's and they would be able to tell you what happens in every show it just the way things go but you really cant be the old animated characters like Danger Mouse and tom and Jerry I could go one but I wont.

Good question, but I prefer Bart to that big bald headed fool. Bugs Bunny is a true cartoon legend though. Also don't forget Cartmen, he is a wonderful character if you like your humour a bit darker.

um, i'd say no, but that is a legit question... I think people all over the world know who Bugs Bunny is, and all love him. I know people who hate Homer, but i have never ever heard "I hate bugs Bunny"

Yes I love me some Homer Simpson. I can proudly say I have seen every episode of the Simpson's. But I do have to say sponge bob is going to give him a run for him money soon.
