I have seen people who make money in real estate by just changing hands in a couple of days!!!

This is done by simply writing MoU's and before the property gets registered, the value of the property almost doubles and would have gone past 5 to 6 owners!!!

Cash flow refers to the income stream of a property and is usually in refernce to income-produing properties i.e. properties that are leased. While a cash note is a note collateralized by cash held in some form of a deposit account. In the event the borrower fails repay as agreed the lender takes the cash.

Flipping has to do with buying properties low and re-selling them high....usually as a result of improvements done to the property...this is also known as real estate speculation...
