i have the game gta san andreas when it starts the game is in slow motion i meat all the recomended requirments could this mean my graphics card is to slow?????

More memory required and better Video card. You will need at least 128mb video card, AGP or PCI will do.

Many games will have minimum requirements and recommended requirements. I would always make sure I have the recommended requirements. Usually the minimum requirements are to make the game run. It will be slow and perhaps choppy, but it will still run.

The biggest things that will increase your speed for games are more RAM and supported video adapter with as much RAM as you can afford. 128 video ram is good. 256 or even 512 is better.

Also, make sure you are not low on disk space on your C drive. If you are low on disk space, that can make your whole computer slow down. Also, background tasks such as virus scans can make your whole computer slow down. Especially while playing a game. Make sure you either disable or reschedule those type of processes while playing. But be sure to re-enable them later.
