Help me install the flsah drive (SE W700i)!!!?

Question

I would like to update the firmware of my W700i from the update service.It demands installation of the flash drive while the phone is switched off.I tried to do it but Windows says that required software was not found in the PC suit.What should i do now??

just disable your modem, go to start, control panel, admin tools, system management and look for modem right click and disable it while you install, dont forget to enable when done!
