I would say " I know you have a master plan and that everything happens for a reason and it will be for a greater good, but could you help me to understand why? Why do some of the young and innocent have to die and why do good people have to suffer?"

I would ask the God a way to give all humans rational thinking & basic morals.This wud reduce many problems right from domestic level to international level.
