take a dose of plain Robitussin cough syrup (or any cough medicine that says "expectorant" and NOT "antihistamine") each day (preferably a few hours prior to "trying") starting around Day 10 until the day after your ovulation predictor goes off. It should help make all the mucus in your body runnier, including that produced by your cervix. ..SOOO when should i start takin this med after my my first day of my last period day? if anyone has tried this plz tell me about it..TY

that sounds fishy to me.

esp. since the mucus in your nasal cavities have NOTHING to do with the type of dis-charge in your vaginal area.
that medication is designed to treat SINUS congestion..not vaginal discharge. someone is jerkin your chain dear.

Ive never heard this before! There's many women out there who are trying for a baby so why don't the doctors recommend this? The way you can get pregnant is to work out when your fertile and day you are! This is either 14 to 16 days on the first day of your period that is the date when your fertile, that's when your likely to get pregnant.

All i can tell you is that i have heard of this and i have heard that it works. I have not tried it though. I would think you should start to take two days before ovulation. Good Luck.
