I guess 5.4 N.s means a force of 5.4 N acting on the puck for one second.

F = ma
a = F/m = 5.4/0.179 = 30m/s^2

Since this was applied for one second, the speed is

v = at = 30 m/s^2 * 1s = 30m/s

impulse is change in momentum so
5.4=m(v-u)
5.4=179/1000(v-0)
5.4*1000/179=v
v=30.2 m/s
