If it's a premier then I would go with boot-cut smart jeans and heels and a fancy top. Like a halter or shoulder off. To be honest no outfit can work without you feeling good in it because its more the confidence that pulls it off.choose an answer that you get that you like best and would feel comftable in so you can look good and pull it off at the same time

I would wear a cute top, with some nice jeans ,and maybe a coat for the evening and some nice and cute flats or ballerina shoes.!! hope u have a great time in the movie premire!!

you could go for a nice ankle-length dress, just make sure that it doesn't look too long on you.
if you feel like trousers, i'm not sure about jeans, but a good alternative is cropped trousers (under the knee, and no longer than calf-length) with opaque tights and a nice tailored sparkly top (satin is nice). or shorts if you can pull them off!
debenhams is a good place for dressy stuff.

Keep it simple. Go shopping at a recommended place and have them help you - I like the idea of jeans/nice black pants with a simple top, and then you could accesorize with big earrings or a nice necklace or hairpiece (just pick one). Good Luck and you're lucky - wish I could go to a film premiere! :)
