Wait, are you looking for an enema bag or a more involved colonic irrigation set-up? you can give yourself an enema, but colonic irrigation requires a machine that most homeowners aren't going to be able to afford. check out johnny knoxville in the jackass show in his santa gets irrigated bit if you need a visual reference.

I think you can buy the stuff to do it at home, but it's expensive, and probably you're better off having a professional do it.
