How do i tell one of my close friend that i have the hots for her? I love her to death as a friend but i am not sure what to do?

Well, you just sit down and tell her, thats how. But beware, your friendship with her could change forever if you sleep with her.

do what the rest of us do. keep your mouth shut and hope she notices you. at Christmas and on her birthday you can tell her you love her but she will think it's just as a friend. Let her know that if she were ever in trouble that she can allways count on you to be there for her. For anything, anytime, anywhere. If she wants an example, tell her that if she ever got pregnant and felt the need to be married, that you could do that for her.
Don't tell her all of this at once, spread it out over a few years of "friendship".

tell her that you love her and if ya'll have a good friendship then she should understand and be open to a change if its her interest. Make the first move and hey, maybe she feels the exact same way.
