In MY opinion, your question makes no sense, you want us to answer how crime is interpreted according to theory? You mean like logical deduction? Figuring out the crime scene based on clues? What is to explain?

Next, you want us to answer with a "summary" of policy implications and public policy results? What the hell are you asking here??????

You want a definition of a theory? Its a proposed possible explanation of something. For any specific crime the theory that the police detectives would develop would explain the motive and the method. A killed B for money and killed him by gunshot. Thats about as barebones as you can get. Actually a very good TV show that shows police detectives developing theories of the crimes they deal with is "Law And Order". Hope that helped some.
