I have this really strong feeling that I never had with my previous pregnancies. I was really really sick in the beginning and have started to show already (i'm 12 weeks). I am also positive I can sometimes feel movement. Did you all experience this?

Even without twins, during a second pregnancy, you can feel movement and show much earlier than with the first pregnancy. Twelve weeks is not uncommon.

Never suspected twins (even with a strong family history of twins). Never felt sick, didn't show until a little late (like even a little late for a single pregnancy), felt movement around 19 weeks. Yes, I had normal sized babies, I just never stuck out much.
Now, in contrast, with my second pregnancy I'm sick all the time, showing a little bit (11 weeks) and can swear I feel little twinges of movement. I know for a fact its only one this time. I've seen it with my own eyes. Only an ultrasound can tell you for sure. You should have one soon if you haven't already. Each pregnancy is different, so maybe that is the reasoning behind your feelings. Or hey, maybe it IS twins! Best of luck.

It's normal to feel movement early on if you've already experienced a pregnancy before. It's also normal to show sooner after your first pregnancy.
I never once suspected that I was carrying twins. Even with my showing so much (I was due 2 weeks after a friend, and twice her size. However it was my 3rd pregnancy and her first) I also had really bad morning sickness and was tired all the time. Neither me or my doctors suspected twins until they showed on the u/s at 17 weeks.

I have twins and had none of that except I looked pregnant from the start. You cannot feel anything moving at this point, but other things are going on inside of your body that could feel like fetal movement. At 12 weeks you should have had a sonogram by now to tell you something. When is your next doctors appointment? Only a sonogram will tell you for sure.

I am having exacally the same symptoms and and am 12 weeks today. I think I felt some movement last week but it was very little and short. I have been feeling like I might be having twins for a couple of weeks plus I am measuring about 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Good luck!

hi hun, im a mum of twins and i was showing at 6 weeks i looked 16 ! i was sick from 6 weeks to and the acid heartburn was horrid, i did not feel movement till 20 something weeks but when i did oh my god it was weird, one was kicking my right side and the other my left, when i did my pregnacy test it said a faint blue line mine was not at all faint it was really bright blue, that would be clue if it was twins too,
mine are 8 now Kylie was 5lb9 and Thomas was 6lb3 and the funs just begun lol
