MYSPACETORNADO.com provides a fast, free and reliable Myspace proxy which enables you to access blocked websites such as Myspace from school and work.

The proxy is anonymous which means it will hide all of your personal information as well as your IP address.

As well as Myspace, this proxy will also unblock Bebo, Friendster, YouTube, Ebay and many other websites which are usually filtered by your school or company.

A proxy is a little more than just a server that sits between you and the Internet. When you work through a proxy, you actually make requests to use the Internet to the proxy. The proxy will in turn make those requests on your behalf out to the Internet.

Proxy servers can also be programmed to analyze requests and returns to determine if they are permitted based on the rules set up by the administrator. So, they can limit what's available. They can also redirect your traffic. For example, if you wanted to view www.xyz.com but the proxy server was set up to return www.pdq.com, then you would not be able to see www.xyz.com

Basically, a proxy is a server that sits between you and the internet.

Generally, proxys are used by companies to protect their internal networks (intranets) from viruses, hackers, etc. They're also used to monitor and, in some cases, limit the surfing habits of employees. There are a lot of other uses, but I think you get the point.
