Domestic.
Stock market is up, unemployment at its lowest level. Home ownership at record levels. Oil coming back down. GDP at record levels, deficit much lower than expected. Interest rates low and inflation is in check. How is he NOT doing a good job here.
He does a terrible job of highlighting these accomplishments.
Foreign policy? Things could be going better, but he is doing better than his predacessors save for Reagan.

Domestic. Low unemployement, growing stock market(with no fake growth like the internet bust and energy/communications fraud), housing market, Lower taxes, higher tax revenue, small business growth all better than under Clinton. Numbers don't lie. Bush's forgien policy is lacking. And thats being nice about it.

Neither. He does a lousy job with both. It's very difficult to estimate the damage done by wrong policies in each area.
