When I was a kid I could swim like a fish, but now I'm older and totally unfit I swim like one of those swimming barbie dolls. actually, probably not quite as good as that!

Yes I grew up around the lake, a pound and a pool so my parents made sure I had swimming lessons at the YMCA. Took them every summer for 4 years and I also am a certified Life Guard so yeah I can swim....

Yeah i can swim.
My parents took me swimming at 4 months old. I have a video that my dad took of me as a little baby in the local swimming pool with my mum, and all through it I have a huge smile on my face. Apparantly I was a real water baby and loved swimming. I can't actually remember learning to swim, I just always remember being able to!

yes and no, does that make sense. I have a pool. I can get around. I don't swim. I feel very uncomfortable around water, I almost drowned when I was young, so I don't like to swim. If I had to save my kids life, I know I could, could I save my own, If I feel overboard in the sea, no way.

Well not right now cause the lakes are all frozen over, mind you i could go to the sports complex...but pay to swim??? But yes in the summertime when the water is nice and cool and it is hot outside, then i can swim!

I could swim from as far back as I can remember. I love the water, my nickname when I was younger was waterbaby. My biggest wish would be to have enough money to buy a big house with an indoor swimming pool. Bliss!

I learned to swim when I was 5 but I lived by the sea so maybe it was easier for me than if you have to go to a pool.
