If you really want a Cars follow-up, check out the video game. It's basically a sequel to Cars, but you control what your characters do and what not. I don't think Pixar will make another one, so this is your best bet.

Yes. I noticed that Pixar dont make sequels since Toy Story. So there is doubt that there will be one. I am more hoping for a sequel to the incredibles, myself.

Probably not, as they like to look ahead to the next challenge, although there is talk of a Toy Story 3 to close out the franchise

Probably not... They don't usually make sequels for their movies. Unless they run out of ideas for new movies, they probably won't make a second CARS.
