The more a person becomes self-reflective the more he becomes humble? I wonder if our reflections have influence in ourselves/personality.

Agree.

For the person who knows very little, the world is black or white. Furthermore they are certain in their ignorance. Unfortunately due to this certainty they are often surprised by the consequences of their decisions.

An enlightened person realizes that there is very little that is black or white. Even those areas that the enlightened person perceives as black or white are the results of looking at the consequences and CHOOSING to make a back or white decision. Knowing that your decisions can and will have far reaching effects tends to make most people humble. The other reason that enlightened people tend to be humble is they have had a glimpse at the extent of knowledge that they do not know. In the face of such vastness, arrogance melts away.

I don't think there is a single answer to the question. I think it depends on the nature of the self reflection. If the person is naturally irresponsible it could become purely narcisistic. If the person is seeking truth it become delusion. There are cycles to self reflection as well. Someone who is arrogant at one point in the process could well be humbled at a later point.

Disagree: when a person becomes self-reflective, they can go one of two paths - The one who is full of themselves can be enlightened and humble, but the one who is already humble can be enlightened and get full of themselves. It's all in the stage you are in life where you start to reflect on who you are, and change because of that. Our reflections definitely have an influence on who we are; have you ever said something stupid/insane/questionable to somebody, and even weeks later, your statement is still running through your head? We ponder why we say this, but at the same time, we are preparing ourselves for another time where this statement may once more arise, and we can prevent discomfort. So self-reflection can make you a better person, but it can also make you arrogant. Personally, whenever I reflect on myself, I tend to be humbled, solely because I analyze everything I do in a negative light.

Disagree. It is just as likely that a person who spends a great deal of time reflecting on themselves will in fact become an egomaniac.
I believe the person who spends more time considering the welfare of others is much more likely to grow in humility.

When you become self-reflective, you see your place in the universe and realize there is not much you can do to change the course or form of the future. You just let it be and cope.
