I have 3 Good Friends. One lives very far away, but I love her just the same. I trust her so much.

Wow, excellent question. I could only say that I have 2, one of them being my sister. I had a very close friend of 18years and she betrayed me so bad. It took a long time to get over. And the other best friend that I had passed away. So I could say that I only have 2 and yes I trust them with my life totally! Good good question!

I've moved a lot so as of now, I have 1 really good friend...I trust them but it's hard for me to trust someone "completely" :)

i only have a few REALLY good friends who i would trust with everything. they are the only ones I tell everything that happens to me or is going on in my life and i trust them completely.
