We have to be able to survive and thrive alone. There could be those times coming up right around the corner for any one of us. But it is human nature to crave love and nurturing, and to give love.
We are not made to enjoy being alone for long periods of time.

Loving myself is enough for me. But i think to be really happy, you do need to be loved by others. Its just how we humans function. We dont need love to survive, but we need it to be happy.
Just my opinion though. :)
