Anyone one can talk to women.
Say something funny (not crude or sarcastic)
Try something like "Did you notice me looking at you or would you like me to walk by again" If she doesn't find it amusing or smile then move on.
You have to crawl before you can walk and learn to fall down before you stand. Patience and practise, you'll never know until you try. Just make sure you treat them with respect.
The one thing most people hate is *********

being attractive is something that is in the "eye of the beholder." you should know this....It's a VERY TRUE statement. In terms of the clues that are left for you when you're trying to make a move; you must pay very CLOSE ATTENTION to her BODY LANGUAGE. From this you'll be able to find out whether you are someone that she find attractive. The eyes ARE THE WINDOW to many things unsaid. If you can make eye contact with her and she does not look away immediately, than you can safely say to yourself; I AM THE ONE. (one of the ones...LOL)
[[[the following above does not apply to those who do not take care of themselves....]]]

Just talk. Thats all. You will find women are receptive if you just open your mouth and talk.
I am a woman and nothing turns me on more than a man who is kind and friendly with a great smile. I dont like shovey, know it all, stupid joke tellers who brag on themselves. Dirty jokes are definitely out. We dont want to know how big your penis is or how much money you make. Stay clean, shaved and wear a hint of aftershave. Dont splash on the whole bottle. If you like a particular hobby such as football, movie going or you have a favorite restaraunt, invite her to go.
Just be yourself.

Take a deep breath and do it. Be observent. Women appreciate it. To open a conversation, ask them about themselves. Something you have seen they like to do. If they have an animal, ask a question about it. If you've gone to a movie, and you see some one alone, ask them out for a cup of coffee or tea. This should help get a conversation going, good luck

It has nothing to do with being attractive enough. Take the time to figure out what she likes and the people she enjoys. Then, simply, speak to her in a non-threatening way and refer to something that you both like, bowling, football, parks, animals, you get the picture?

Be clean and well-groomed. Be respectful. Be yourself. Be willing to lose her. Approach a conversation with an attitude that, if she doesn't like YOU, for who you are, then it's better for both of you if you two are not together. That way, you have nothing to lose. Have the attitude that you're just finding out about her, and she about you, to see if you two can have a relationship. If you try too hard, she may feel like you are trying to force yourself into her life; she wil feel threatened and not want anything more to do with you.

Attractiveness is not just about looks. It's about cleaniless and confidence. If you are well groomed, hair, teeth, and clothing and you project confidence most women will find you attractive. Just don't become over-confident or conceited, that's a big turn-off.

I was going to give U a star for your question until I realized you said -attractive enough- , shouldn't it be observant or understanding enough.

Go striaght and look in her eyes when you talk. Dont pay any attention below her neck or near wastline or near her lips. Look straight in her eyes and then talk. Its is that simple. It is when your eye try to meet many fiestas you blow all the fun.
