Now when I try to delete something from my "C" drive it deletes it from both drives.
How do I delete something only from my "C" drive to add more disk space?

Added was 3.5" HDD external storage.
Someone else did this for me. The Hardware Specs. label reads:
Interface - USB2.0 + IEEE1394 to PATA (IDE) HDD.
Transfer rate 480 Mbps.
Operating System: USB 2.0 Support: Windows XP/ME/2000.
Does this help explain?

If I understood what you'd done maybe I could answer this.

How did you add an 'e' drive? Did you put another disk in the computer or did you just use commands?

Disk drives are not memory, they are storage and can be used as swap to pretend to be memory... but that's like having a warehouse 50 miles away and claiming it's an extension of your bookshelf.
