I noticed how they didn't clap when Bush said they should vote on Federal judges. Are they afraid of establishing their voting record and about what the general public might think of them?

I find it sad and disturbing how they can't seem to take a stand on anything.

Bro, we can't have judges who follow the law. We need activist judges who legislate from the bench!

I think it's because they have a deep distrust of anything Bush says. All the years of deception has caught up with him.
