Actually, I watched a news report on CBC a few years back where scientists where doing a sociological study on this topic. It did conclude that Africans had larger penises than white males and chinese. They did the study on babies as well to prove that there was a difference even at birth. Of course there are always outliers in every category, not all chinese men have small penises. just like not all africans have elephant *****. hahah
