How is it a woman's inalienable right to stop the life process once it has already begun? Prior to medical advances, women have never had the ability to stop the life process once the seed had been sown. Why is it look upon today that this is a natural right of a woman which cannot be taken away?

You have your history wrong. Herbs such as ergo mot were used to abort long before medicine was in anyway modern. In fact references to abortion were common as far back as 1600s' so it was far from unheard of. Certainly man has always insisted that once his seed is sown, he can be on his way, but the woman had to raise said seed through its infancy, toddler hood and adulthood, while Daddy went on about his business, a little deal that will change now that he can be held accountable financially too. As long as a woman can get hold of a stick, she can abort herself, albeit with risk infection and permanent sterility.
So you cannot take her ability to abort away, you can only threaten her that if she does it herself, she may die, or ruin any chance of having a child when she does want one. If that is fine by you, there isn't anything else to say. For me, safe and legal is a good thing for the woman who is more than a planting bed for your"seed".

What gives the Government the right to say what you can and cannot do with your own body? As conservatives we are supposed to be for smaller Government. I may personally think abortion is a bad thing but where do I get the right to force my opinion on someone else? I believe that it is a decision that every woman has to make, it can't be easy and I have never had to walk a mile in their shoes, Government exists to support the people not run their lives.
Judge not and yea shall not be judged.

Life begins when the egg is fertilized. The reason we have laws against murder is to protect lives even the ones of people with disabilities who wouldn't feel death coming. If all people are protected then why not the ones who are too young to have been born. They are still human. It still robs a person of their life. Why should a woman be able to abort a child if the father wants it to be born? what about his rights aren't they as important as the woman's. If the child was born the man would be given the right to pay support. Abortion is a double standard on all sides.
For the ones who say it's my body the one being destroyed is not yours. If you are so vain that you can justify murder in order to keep looking good then you are scum. How can you justify murdering an unborn child?

I have many problems with abortion, and have posted on it elsewhere on this site. Look at some of my other questions.
But I can't see how we can legally force a woman to gestate a pregnancy if she doesn't want to. If the fetus can live outside her, take it out alive and treat it.

Because America has stayed the same. Buy lipstick and make up dress up high heels. Have sex and now you have to make choice. Why not get rid of the things that lead up to that point. If you did that tho you would be considered a Muslim. Maybe they are right and we are all wrong.

Because it is our body! Women have always had methods of getting rid of unwanted pregnancy. You will never stop abortion. If men were the incubators there would be no debate about it, also a lot lower population. If you don't believe in abortion, DO NOT HAVE ONE, otherwise shut the F up.

women have ALWAYS had the right to choose. Abortion was legal when the constitution was written. Do your homework. And we have that right because it is our body. And we have a right to make decisions in the doctor's office free from governmental involvement. And that has been a protection we have enjoyed for over 30 years. But yeah, women have always had that right. Can't wait for the thumbs down...
