Well I used to work in a nursing home and we never had enough staff. I would say that not enough people working is a big stress factor. The nurses have meds to pass and make sure they all get their meds. They have to oversee the aids and help them if needed. Then you can get aids because the pay is next to nothing and who wants to do all that hard work for next to nothing.

The best idea is to eat healthy food, practise any sport, yoga, talk more with your family and friends, change your routine... And of course, Take the life "calmy" because being nervous could bring you heart diseases, and another problems.
