everyone wants to look good, and since they have the money, they go for plastic surgery...

because they have no selfconfidence, that they always think that they are not beautiful until they change themselves.
they have no strong points of views
also most of them are overwait so they think that plastic surgery is the key to heaven and happines
lastly, they are not well educated or they are not well matured, because they have money but they don't know how to invest it in the right way, so they think in this way( proved because 70 percent of them are in debit-loans)
they have no strong personality , because they just copy others(popular people)
this is my opinion, but don't think that i hate them( Americans), but most people that are obsessed with plastic surgery are like this...

I think people in America watch television too much, they start to believe what they see and hear. Soon they really think that's it's necessary to be as beautiful as possible and I think they're very competitive and superficial, but then again, most of americans are like that in any area of life. Plus, the celebrities who are supposed to be role models aren't helping anything either.

People are so unhappy with themselves they can get a fix with doing changes to themselves. This not necessarily bad. if they can afford it, go for it.
