Why not??? I mean that sounds like she could be having a miscarriage and if she is she will still need to go to the doctor. I would make her go for not only the baby's sake but also for her as well. Hope everything's OK.

Sounds like she could be having a miscarriage. She COULD stay at home and ride it out, but if she is pregnant you need to start getting good medical care. Avoiding the doctor like this only puts the baby in harms way. Miscarrying at this point is still very common, but wouldn't you rather know what is going on instead of guessing and playing doctor yourselves when you really aren't qualified to know what is going on with her. If it's a money thing keeping her from going to the ER, go to Planned Parenthood, it's free and they can help you. Any bleeding while you are pregnant isn't good so take her somewhere to get it checked out.

Bleeding at any stage in pregnancy is cause for alarm. You need to go and see a doctor to rule out a miscarriage. If it is an impending miscarriage she should have a full bed rest. I bled also when i was 9wks pregnancy (2.5) months pregnant and i lost the pregnancy. Though not all of the bleeding is a miscarriage, it can be just an infection but rush her to the hospital. Good luck

She should go to the ER ASAP. The small periods without cramping is fine as long as the blood isn't bright red. The cramping is something she should be concerned about.

I would call the doctor right away. I've heard that its normal to have 'light spotting' when a pregnancy is detected but full blown bleeding is a cause for concern. It may be nothing, but its better to have it checked out. I would go to the ER at your local hospital, or call your OB and tell them what is happeneing so you can be seen right away. Good luck to you and your fiancee.

Please go to the ER. I recently had this discussion with an ER doc when I thought I was miscarrying but it was actually just implantation spotting. But before he took a look or anything, he mentioned that bleeding (not so much spotting) is very uncommon during a healthy pregnancy during the first trimester. And the cramping kinda worries me. Please PLEASE go to the ER, I know with the military hospital for myself, you are not seen as priority by triage if you possibly are miscarrying. But hopefully you guys get right in there.

Goodluck!!!!! I really hope everything is okay!

i would be on the safe side, and call the ob. the cramping doesn't sound good, but could just be due to the uterus stretching. but definitely the heavy bleeding an ultrasound may be in order.....
hope everything turns out fine and a bouncing beautiful baby is just around the corner.

Those are definite signs of a miscarry. If the two of you want any chance of saving this baby, I suggest you get off the computer and make her go to the E.R. ASAP!!!

Call her doctor from home right away to ask if it's necessary if you still don't think you should take her.

But really, you should make her go to the E.R. if she and the baby are important to you.

With heavy crampy and bleeding, she needs to. She might be having a miscarriage, and being 3 months along, she needs to see a doctor about it.

She needs to go and see a doctor right away. Menstrual cycle is common but never increases or has cramping along with it. Her body is trying to reject the egg and trying to push her body into the full menstrual cycle. Please get her to see a doctor if you really want this child.
