I don't know. It depends on the individual and how they live their life I think. I feel fitter now than I ever did in my twenties as then I used to smoke. I dont now. I am 40 next month and I feel like I could run a marathon!

Prime depends on woman to woman. The most pleasurable would not be so for another woman and vice versa. If you feel most. In some, there would be something of similar experience / event as that of men.

I think most women hit their prime at around 40 at least I did. Looked great, felt great, liked who I was.
But I didn't realize I was in my prime at 40 until I hit 60 LOL.
Ahhh fond memories!

I heard the perfect reproductive and physical age is around 25 for women.
For men the prime physical age is slightly under this, but reproductive potential stays pretty much constant apart from a slight drop in older age. (since we dont have to have babies lol)
