First stop wearing capris, although looking at your english, I would say it might be more acceptable in your country for men to wear them. Here really only woman and very flamboyant men wear them! As for your hair problem, it's natural and part of life. If you really hate it so much, you can attempt to shave your legs. But then you run into razor burn, itch when they grow back, and some people say it grows back more full when you shave. Pretty much you just need to realize that you are growing and changing, but everyone else is as well. Just embrace your changes and be proud of what your body looks like!

What can you do? To be honest, absolutely nothing. If you shave? You encourage growth and it is as itchy as all hell as it grows back. At your age your Hormones are doing a jive dance. The ammount of Body hair and head hair is linked to the level of testosterone in the male, (and sometimes the pre-pubescent female). You will either have to accept what is going on as you mature, or shave and become a Yeti. Besides there will come a time when your hormone levels will be so high, that you will miss your hair, and become bald.

Aww sweetie, this is normal to have body hair and on your legs, all men or most that i know have hairy legs and its so sexy.
Its all part of growing up.
We woman have hair on our legs normally finer and lighter than the male but we either shave it off bleach it or use a cream to remove it, well lets face it hairy legs and a dress don't do much for our ego,s does it.
Be proud that you are now becoming a man and show those legs off.
Hugs x

just let it grow, your only growing up. Don't be embarrassed about the hair. If you feel you can not take it try waxing it from a beauty saloon. It will keep it away for a while but nature will prevail, it will grow back. before long you will notice that your other class mates are having the same thing happening to them. keep your chin up some find it very appealing for a man to be hairy.

There isn't much you can do - either get used to it and accept it, or shave regularly (which is only a temporary solution).
As a matter of interest: what are public hairs and is it legal to scrap body parts?

Get used to it. That hair is a sign that your body is maturing. If your dad has pronounced body hair, then odds are you will, too. Think of it as a sign to the world that you're no longer a little kid, then move on with your life. It's only hair.

yeah, like I answered in your other question Capri's are for girls.
Body hair can be sexy. To enhance, augment body hair take vitamin E supplements (internally and externally) jojoba oil with rosemary essential oil and rub on body daily.
