They haven't announced a date yet, but the Angels typically start single-game ticket sales in early March to coincide with the beginning of Cactus League season.

It's mentioned briefly in this article from a few days ago, in the bottom paragraph. The Angels' site still doesn't have an official announcement, and likely won't for a while:
