Because she's right. I can't believe people have mentioned Rice as a possibility for President. She is the postergirl for the lies told by the Bush administration.

Maxine is a wack-job...always has been and always will be. She is an embarrassment to our State, and her attitude towards Capitol Police would have lost her her seat, were she not black.
Maxine is right, however. Condi does not represent anyone in America, because she is a member of the Executive Branch. It is the job of the Executive Officers and Secretaries to enforce law and will, not to represent people's feelings.
Further, she represents the will of the Executive Branch to the rest of the world. You never hear Maxine or other congress people criticize members of congress who visit Castro of Chavez.

Because Maxine Waters is a racist and doesn't like Condoleeza Rice because Waters considers Rice to have "sold out to the white man."
Could be one of the reasons why Waters lost her re-election bid, huh?

Secretary Rice is not there to represent only Maxine Waters. Secretary Rice is there to represent the American People in our dealings with foreign countries. One would think that someone as smart as congresswoman Waters is supposed to be would know that, or maybe not.

Well, Condi Rice represents Bush, just like any cabinet member represents their president.
She must have disagreed with something Condi said, don't you think?
Hey, if I can't spell someone's full name, they don't represent me neither.
I didn't vote for either of them.

You should be asking Maxine Waters that question, dont you think?
Apparently, from the statement you attribute to her, she does not believe Condaleeza Rice represents her, at least the way Ms Waters feels she should.

"Waters has long been considered one of the last great practitioners of urban "machine politics." In September 2005, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) named Waters one of the thirteen most corrupt members of Congress. CREW's designation was largely based on the results of an investigation by the Los Angeles Times into non-competitive awards of federal contracts to businesses owned by or connected to members of Waters' family. which may be the end of the ice berg. even as she reported "socialized" she stuck herself....stuttered, there became a lengthy pause then she corrected herself. The cat became out of the bag. many stuff will be socialized. As for oil we go with to commence drilling right here which will make expenses drop in the recent day from the Mid-East (even Obama's people couldn't deny that one) then the billions spent on procuring overseas oil may be used right here to locate selection capacity supplies even as imparting ourselves dependant only on ourselves.

Secretary Rice is a threat to the Dem's dream of taking over. They know that she can get people to believe in themselves. By remaining with The Conservative ideas. Therefore, the usual Liberal Name-Calling is applied. Consider the source.
