Video card?

I have a Powercolor Ati Radeon X300se and am trying to use dual monitors. I have only one dvi connection an a S-video connection and was wondering what the best way to go about this is. it is PCI-Express and I used to work for H.P. and we had some sort of splitter that allowed you to use dual monitors, but I do not know what that is called. I want to be able to extend my windows desktop. I don't want the same picture on both screens. Any help would be appreciated.
