How can you identify a where a man/woman from without asking him/her? (between UK/Germany/Italy/France)

That one would be easy for me anyway.. accents .. even though maybe they speak all the languages of the ones you listed.. dead givaway..
there are very few people that can loose an accent entirely.. those languages have heavy ones.. Hell I can 90% of the time tell who's from North Carolina & Tennesee by accent alone and they are all USA
Japan from korea even easier..

accents, clothing and how they look mostly, but definitely there culture, that's one thing that's really hard to change.
