Firstly, I'm sorry you're stressed. Stress is a serious matter! Stress can already be a silent killer. There is a wealth of information on stress on the Internet. But, it's probably best if you contact the "mental health department" of your state/county by going to the yellow pages.

Honey i have been stressed all my life and even though things look grim now they will get better do not loose faith god does things when he is ready too not when we are and do not listen to all the negative trash that people will say on here !! I am going through a terrible time myself so i know how you feel do not give up and god bless you!!!!
