Some computers can be set to power on a certain time. to be able to use this feature you must check your CMOS setup to see if it has such capabilities (or check the manual of the motherboard). This will likely be located under POWER MANAGEMENT in the CMOS setup. I can enable my computer to come on at a certain time of day by enabling RTC alarm, but the exact option will vary depending on your bios and motherboard.
