Every single programme seems to end with, "No winners this time" but as far as i can see there are NEVER any winners!
If there are winners what do they get?

I did see an episode on Challenge when someone did win, but I honestly can't remember what the prize was. It might not have even been mentioned.
Wikpedia's article on the show says that the prize was 1 million Yen (about £4,189 at current exchange rates) which somehow makes all the pain and humilation seem even funnier for such a small amount of money !!

My 8 and 10 year old sons love to watch it and it makes me laugh too, but Ive never seen anyone win. Bit unfair at the end, but its so funny we dont really mind.

YEAH!!! I saw one random person win it and my friends told me someone else did once. I think they won a car or something like that but it might have just been a joke. :-)

Actually, yes. But very rarely.
I do agree though, watching episodes of TC and seeing everyone getting eliminated, but it is funny.
